The Freeride World Tour (FWT) brings together the best freeriders, with both skiers and snowboarders taking on some of the most challenging alpine terrain in a series of thrilling big mountain freeride competitions. The 2012 Tour takes in stops in Revelstoke, Chamonix, Courmayeur, Roldal and Fieberbrunn, and concludes with the riders taking on the legendary Bec de Rosses in Verbier.

2012 has seen a Tour stop in Scandinavia for the very first time, and after a successful event in 2011 the Austrian freeride hotspot of Fieberbrunn will once again host the Tour.
